I pre-boil eggs and eat that for a fast meal. Sometimes I'll eat an avocado or make turkey bacon in the microwave, some days I'll eat toast and jam... It's all about calories in and out. I try to save most of my calories for dinner so I don't need more than 500 cal. for breakfast or lunch. If you need more calories during the day, there are many quick options. Oatmeal, dressed or plain, (i like mine with raisins) yogurt with fruit or granola mixed in, cottage cheese with black pepper, (i go between pepper, peaches, cranberries and raisins) small omlette, cheese and vegetable like onion and bell pepper. Maybe a few strips of bacon withe a fried egg in the fat... Poached egg and toast strips, small pan fried potato with vegetables in olive oil, grits and butter. Sometimes I'll eat toaster freindly things like organic whole/ancient grain waffles, mini pancakes or even a croissant with a bit of butter on.
Lunch could be microwaved. I do steamed fillet of fish and asparagus or potato and red curry with onions, or a cup of buttered rice. A can of diced tomatoes and some spices like garlic and onion and it easily makes a great soup. Hope that gives you something to go with.

Most indian recipes are already healthy, as long as you cut out the oil and butter.
Poha is very good....the rice provides a good amount of carbs which convert to energy thru the day. Even dokhla cake is good as it doesnt use wheat flour...it uses lentil and chickpea flour and those are very good for you, providing protein. I buy the easy, just add water, mixes deep brand and top with chili and curry leaf.
