I am a stepmom to an amazing 9 year old boy and have my first child on the way (23 weeks, 3 days).

I noticed that my appetite now is "healthy" to say the least and I crave junk food right after lunch throughout the rest of the day.

Any tips you can share with me would be wonderful! Also, I'm curious to know if living a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy allowed you to have a better birthing experience.
