How meany calories

Hello all ... I've reached my goal weight ... I go to gym now 3/4 times a week....! How meany calories should I be having ...? I'm 6ft2" 12 1/2 stone...???

    Tell MFP you want to maintain and eat so.e of your exercise calories. If in a few weeks you are still losing weight, eat a bit more. Keep adjusting until you stop losing weight.

    Change your MFP settings to maintain your weight, it will do the math for you....

    Only time and real world data will tell.

    I'd personally start by setting a custom goal of 100 calories more than you used to lose, then add 100 a week or so until you hit a point where you are no longer losing.

    Weigh daily and track trends usin trendweight or libra. Don't be freaked out by jumps in isolated scale weights.
