Keeping pounds off

I've been doing a military diet for 5 weeks. I lost 16 pounds. I've changed my food proportion and have been drinking more water. However I'm feeling a bit anxious because I am always hungry. I know I use food as a stimulant for my lifestyle. Food has always been a comfort thing for me. I had a cheat day yesterday and totally went berserk with my eating. I woke up this morning feeling g very disappointed a d annoyed with myself.
