spreadin' it out..?

I'm doing 1200 calories a day and i was wondering how others spread it out. i just want some ideas. maybe if it's not too much of a bother, can you give me some healthy meal ideas? thanks so much. :*

p.s. - I'm new and excited to become healthy again! :-)

    I do about 400 cals for breakfast, about 400 for lunch, & then a little more than 400 for dinner (the 400 left over, plus exercise calories that I eat back).

    I usually do a pretty lite breakfast around 200 cals (coffee and either fruit or yogurt) and lunch around 300 (mostly sandwiches with no cheese) and save about 600 for dinner. Then I can have pretty much whatever there. Any remaining are for little shacks throuout the day or a glass of wine at night.

    Two 600 calorie meals a day would probably be ideal, but meal frequency is largely preference.
