Gaining Lean Muscle- Friends for Support

Hello!
I've semi-recently lost about 30 pounds by eating smaller quantities of food, but now I've started the journey to build lean muscle and focus on WHAT I'm eating rather than just how much. I know this will be a challenge and I'd love some friends to help motivate and support me, and I'd love to provide that support for them as well.

Hi I've been focusing on building lean muscle as well. I've been cutting back on refined foods and simple carbs. I've been strength training with a coach 3x a week for the last 3 months. While I am getting stronger, I'm not losing as much fat as I would like so I thought I would try eating the same foods but tracking the calories as well. Looking for like minded friends on the same journey. Please feel free to add me.1
