Not losing weight but working harder in the gym

Hi everyone! I am doing the stronglifts 5x5 for a few months now and have reached some pretty high weights. My problem is I feel like I am not losing any body fat (I try to avoid looking at the scale since I thought with added muscle overall I would weight more) but it seems like I am spreading out wider
Any tips on diet that can help someone who is focusing more on weights. I have felt my appetite had completely gone out of control since I started lifting heavy -
Honestly I have thought about doing some cardio to help but after squatting three days a week in between I like to give my knees a break
Any suggestions
