I am new to MFP. I would like to make some new friends and get into shape

I have a total gym and dumbells at the house and bands. However, I had surgery in Jan and the gym is put away. The surgery had nothing to do with my surgery. I have started using the free weights every day to gain my stregenth back. But I would like to gain muscle
