Used to be really shredded years back.Then got a lower back injury and laid off training for years.Got fat. Have been back for almost 2 years. Lost around 20kgs and going for 5 more.

Am a gym freak...spend at least 3 hours 6 days a week..if not 7 :-)

Anyone who needs help dieting or workout advice drop me a line..

    I need some workout advice please.. I don't know to send a PM :)

    I have free weights and a total gym XLS but it is put away because I had surgery. Been doing free weights to get strengeth back. Would like to gain muscle and weight.

    As long as it's fresh it doesn't really matter. A food processor isn't going to reduce any nutritional value

    Hi Isaiah. Sorry for not getting back quicker. Was on vacation for a couple of days. So...before I can give you sound advice I have to ask several questions:

    How old are you?
    When did you start training?
    What surgery have you had?
    What is your body composition? (Total weight, fat weight, lean muscle weight, water content, bmr)
    What is your goal?
    Are you an ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph?
    Do you take any supplements?
