The first time around losing weight I was a early teenager living with my parents getting on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day eating right and It seem like I just drop the weight fast and I kept it off for a long time. Now being a full-time VPK teacher at an elementary school living on my own on with a budget everything seems to be harder I work all day long and other than the two nights a week that I go to the gym it's really hard for me to find time to exercise. I try planning my meals out for the week but some nights I just feel like going out I don't feel like cooking and that makes it hard to find something healthy. It's been about 2 1/2 months I've really watch what I've been putting in my body Recording daily on here and exercising and I've only gained weight. I'm not necessarily looking at a certain weight but I deathly want to look a certain way I haven't seen any changes in my body, shape wise. my clothes don't seem to be getting loose or fitting differently I just Kinda fluctuat a couple pounds more here and there it's really discouraging to me because I feel like I am doing better but i'm see no progress. I know it takes time but this is my second time around and the first time seemed way easier. Motivational tips and tricks?

Do you weigh your food? You're older now, so the way your body decides to lose weight has changed.0
