Can anyone else relate?

I'm on a break at the moment, and my exercise and diet have just slipped. So much. Got caught up in parties and picnics and lazy days. I don't even want to know how much weight I've gained, but the progress in my problem areas looks like it's starting to undo D:

Any tips for getting back on track fast? :(

i had a week's holiday and ate for no reason other than to eat. 4 pounds on which took me 3 weeks to lose again, boo. my advice is to get on the scales and see the damage but try not to see it as a set back. as most people here say, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. if i have lots of things on, i'll have a bit of a splurge. the other days i stick to my calories. at the moment with loads of things on all i've done is to maintain for the last three months, but better that than putting weight on.
i also find that having lots of active friends on here is really encouraging and motivating.

    hope that helps!

I kinda did the same thing. Went on vacation for a week, ate out every single meal. It was hard to keep track of my calories and it seemed like I was always eating, just got back this afternoon. Anyway, I'm gonna way myself in the morning and get back at it.
