Pasta

I often buy whole wheat pasta.
It is denser and I eat much less and feel fuller for much longer.
I like something called Explore Asian
This is sold at those "fancy" grocery stores like whole foods.
They have pasta made out of:
spinach, mung bean, adzuki bean, soybean, black beans, etc.
You boil them just like pasta, and put the same toppings.
They are pricey at about $4 a bag, but it makes 4, very filling meals.
To pasta dishes I often just throw dark greens right in the sauce.
I chop up the greens first. Cook them down while heating the sauce.
Spinach works also. Just to add a bit of "healthy" to dinners.0
