I would recommend cutting back on carbs. Don't go crazy with it, because then you will gain it right back once you eat carbs again. But, for example, sandwich with one slice of whole wheat bread instead of two. Half a serving of brown rice instead of a full serving and more veggies. Don't drink any calories. No alcohol.0

All we can do is eat what calories MFP gives us and we will burn extra calories just getting around and healing. I just want to be in the over weight category before my surgery since it only about 8lbs and i have until June 6th but want to be there by May 23rd when i see the doctor0

You can lift weights with your arms while seated and not hurting your foot. It won't cause weight loss all by itself but it is definitely a good thing to add. Also make sure to weigh your foods with a food scale so that you can be certain you are getting 1200 calories.0

Echoing the make sure you're weighing and choosing accurate entries in the database.
Adding, you went from morbidly obese to just over the overweight category in the time between visits? Pretty sure this doc is gonna be blown away even if you don't make it to "overweight"!0 -
But i wana be there LOL0
