Fats and protein

Lately I've been eating over my fat goal and below my protein goal, but I've found that foods that contain one usually contain the other as well. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Shrimp is mostly protein. I use it as a filler when needed.2

Tuna, beans, egg whites. All good sources of protein.1
