Enzyme that seems to supress appetite in mice discovered by Johns Hopkins researchers

Found this video on Youtube from Korean TV station Arirang. One segment covers the enzyme research. Another segment talks about water consumption versus coffee, soda, etc. Video is in English.

And here are two articles on the research. The reaserch so far is with mice
but they state if confirmed in humans it could provide new tools to fight obesity.
