Is it bad if you cant get all your macros in because 100% of the time i cant i get close but I can't

Almost no one will hit their macros 100% perfectly. You kind of treat them more as guidelines. Pick the ones that are most important to you to hit and let the rest fall where they may.0

Sodium & potassium are not mactos, they're micros and are not tracked properly be all database entries. Focus on the real macros--carbs, protein & fat. I'm more concerned about coming close on a weekly basis. There's always a bit of daily variation.0
