How do I delete a food in my "Add a Food"

It's in there and I want to delete it! In my lists, not in my daily intake. I know how to delete that.
I want to delete a food that I used to use that I click on and put in my daily intake. How do I do that, please?

I misread. See the comments below mine. I would have to agree with them.1

You can't delete from your recent foods, only frequent foods. Or you can delete every log you have of that particular food, but it can mess up your reports.1

I am not sure what you are asking. If you are talking about it being in your "Recent Food" list, it will disappear on its own as you use other foods and don't use it. If it is in your "My Foods" section, I don't know of a way to get rid of it.1

Here's the reason, I used to do Weight Watchers and now I do Atkins, so now I have to different lists of two different diets and I have to scroll through 4 pages (2 of which I really no longer eat). Does any of this make sense, lol? I would just like to hit delete and edit off some of the items I no longer eat. When I click on Add Food, those lists...0
