Been 7 days of tracking calories with this app. Loving it and down 3 pounds.

    Welcome to MFP . I've been here consistently since January. I've lost 20 lbs. I think it's great . The community is very helpful too.

    Awesome! Welcome:) Best piece of advice I've read is to weigh your food on a digital scale and track your food in grams as often as possible

    I second this. It will save you the hassle of trying to figure out why you aren't losing weight and having to then do it anyway.
