There, I fixed it.

I like mostly Cab. I like fine Pinot Noir's, but only the really good stuff cheap Pinot Noir's are horrible.
With cheese, I'll drink any wine.

I've got a 3 litre box of Two Oceans Shiraz sitting in the kitchen calling my name. I don't think I will be able to resist it's sweet seduction.

I LOVE red but it doesn't like me. Gives me fierce anxiety the next day. I have a rack full of high end reds, though, and bust them out with good steak occasionally.

Silver Oak Cabernet - Alexander Valley , not Napa-- so I don't come off like a wine snob.

This is my current favorite cabernet (2010)
    1_1091750_3.jpg

I like my reds; cabernet, merlot, pinor noir. I also like chardonnay.

IMO there is no such thing as a "pointless" wine thread. :drinker:

Checking in ... Reds for me, el cheapo 5 litre casks seem to suit my low-rent tastes :)

I do have a large bottle of Cooper's Extra Stout (beer) that I'm looking forward to tonight though, it's been sitting in the fridge all week ...

Much better! Ok, anyone else love a nice Boone's Farm with some generic American cheese slices? :drinker:

This. Totally this. My favorite (so far) is Deseño. Delicious!

White zin is like "beginners wine". It's the first wine I ever had and at the time I thought it was good. Needless to say I haven't had white zin in many years now.
