I know, some people call this relaxed running. For me it was a fight all the way thought. For the last 4km I really had to fight hard to keep up the speed and literally counted every 100m. Hey, I come from running 5k in 42 minutes, thus that's a huge improvement for me. Plus I just came out of an asthma flare-up. While the asthma is fairly new to me, my lungs have been rubbish all my life. Thus YAY!

Awesome! I know how you feel. I used to have pretty bad asthma as a kid and was always winded after running in PE. Now, being able to run and actually enjoy it, seeing improvements is an amazing feeling! Keep it up.0

Oh, I meant I ran 42 minutes on 5k when I started to train a bit more, in December I think. but yay, I constantly got better. I thought I never get there to be honest. Now I need to pick up on the long slow runs again. before this flareup I was able to run about 14km, but last weekend I only managed 6 before I had to walk, and then do short walking breaks every 300-500 meters or so *sigh* anyone wants my lungs and got a spare?
