Need new recipes!!!

So I've scoured the web and a lot of what I've found has been things that either used foreign ingredients (like I had no idea where to find them) or items that I had no interest in (most fish dishes for instance). So what are your favorite low-calorie recipes??

I like most vegetables (if I can find them for a decent price/fresh), a lot of fruits, and prefer beef, pork, or shrimp to chicken (just because I hate prepping chicken). But I do eat chicken, just hate to cook it. I miss my carbs a lot, that has been another part of my downfall lately. I love pasta like no tomorrow, but it's not exactly a low-carb dish. :(
