Good morning champions we're blessed with another wonderful day here in RVA.
I'm moving kind of slow this morning I didn't sleep well and tired from all the work I did yesterday.
But it's all good today and a new day no time for excuses to stand in my way. So just knock those excuses down right here at the start of our day so we can focus on our goals and get closer along the way. Some of us will stumble some of us will fall.
When you get up and continue that shows you are strong, strong-willed strong-minded and strong body and soul.
We've got this people we can do it all together.
It might surprise you but I have my days that I have to motivate myself as well.
I look in the mirror and I see these unlovable love handles that I so desperately want to lose and never see a again.
It hasn't been easy to lose them but they aren't as bad but I'm in for the long one and they will soon be on their way off!
We each may have certain parts of our body that we want to town. They may not be toning as fast as we liked but they deafly won't home if we don't do anything about it.
Have faith and keep hope alive and keep working at it.
That's the most important thing we can help each other to reach our goals.
Sometime just a few little words great job, hang in there or congratulations etc..
It will help someone get across that hurdle they may have on any given day.
Let's always encourage each other anyway we can, that includes encouraging yourself.
I know we're all pretty much total strangers but sometime as strangers we are each other's best encouragement

I'm so tired and my knees hurt but I got it done.
Don't lose faith keep moving forward one step at a time and we can make it!
I'm hitting the showers and hitting the bed my body aches.
But let's get ready for tomorrow we can do it all again, it will be one day closer to our goal.
Just don't quit and no excuses we didn't start this to give up, we started this to tone up0 -
