Recording exercise

Hi all
I use MFP mainly for macro tracking and aim for around 1700-1900 calories depending on how much I've trained that day. I'm 26, 5"8.5 female and weigh around 150lbs and wear a uk size 8 so weight loss isn't my goal, fat loss is. I don't currently record my workouts and am wondering if this will cause my eating to be effected - I do 5 high intensity sessions for an hour a time a week, with a mix of weights, body weight and cardio including heaps of hideous burpees. I also walk around 8-10k steps a day to and from work and meetings in the city. Do you guys think it would be beneficial for me to log this or not, and reasons please X

if your stats are correct and you are not interested in weight loss why are your calories so low?
I am shorter, older and weigh more and about as active and lose on 1700-1900 calories...0 -
Would be very, very surprised in you don't lose weight at that low calorie level.
You are taller than average and exercising more than average but eating less than average.
As losing weight isn't your aim the answer is pretty obvious.0 -
My frame is quite small, so I don't want to gain weight either but I truly didn't realise my intake was considered low - despite all the activity I spend most of my time sitting either on the commute in to work, then I'm parked at a desk all day. I'm a lazy girl inside lol I just like the feeling after working out. Will have to maybe eat some more! Any tips for reducing body fat? Thanks0
