personal trainer/small group X?

I'm considering talking to a local gym to look into personal training/small group X training. I found a gym that is close to home and would work for my schedule, but I'm nervous.
The website has bios and videos of the trainers and clients, and everyone looks so fit! I'm afraid I'd be too slow and wouldn't be able to keep up.

Has anyone else had this dilemma?

I didn't even want to go to the gym the first time. I spent hours looking at pictures of normal or bigger people at the gym while I tried to figure out what to wear. I felt like I had to sneak in and snag a corner where nobody would notice me.

Not everyone can keep up in the classes and that's perfectly fine! They don't want you to over do it, so go and do what you can. It will give you some goals to reach for. Instructors don't assume everyone is on the same level, so they will work with you and help you improve.

Everyone has that fear. Go do it; you'll be fine.
