Feel like I'm losing weight but the scale won't change

I feel the same way. I started working out three weeks ago and tracking my meals with the APP. I am 53, and in menopause (need I say more?) I have lost about 1.5 pounds (just today, the scale finally budged). I am choosing healthy foods and using Jillian Michael’s “30 Day Shred” 5 days a week. I have noticed inch loss. Overall, I am really happy with my progress, but it is a bit frustrating to not see that scale drop. I decided to not weigh myself more than once per week. I am using the tape measure as everyone else has said. The scale really is meaningless. I want to be healthy and fit, not just 20 pounds lighter.2
