How can I stay motivated during the high heats? It's been unusually hot where I live the past few days, reached 90 degrees.
It was just really uncomfortable and I had no motivation to do anything. All I wanted to do is sleep, I wasn't really hungry at all, and by time I was hungry I would binge. I didn't even log anything yesterday.
How can I change these habits around? I really don't want to fall back in the summer and regain everything I am working hard to lose.

Exercise at night or early morning. Once it gets hot here in Texas, I'm gonna have to move my walking to 6 or 7 or get up even earlier. I already push 4:00 am getting up so earlier doesn't sound pleasent1

Do workout videos in AC controlled environments, or early in the day... late in the evening. I hate eating when I'm hot, so I drink protein shakes, eat frozen yogurts, lots of salads with plenty of variety. Make sure you log everything, good or bad, so that when you look back you are still accountable. Don't give up when it's hot. That's when you wear less clothing Just keep your head in the game and your eyes on the prize. A better you!!!!1

Are you in WA by chance? I know we've been breaking records for heat the last few days!
The first step I took in dealing with weather is joining a gym. Climate control helps everything. I joined Planet Fitness and it's ten bucks per month. It doesn't matter if it's raining, snowing or hot. I have no excuse not to go, because the weather inside is always the same.
Sometimes I get hot and don't want to do anything, too, and lose my appetite. Keeping hydrated helps A LOT. It keeps you cool, brings your energy up and clarifies those hunger signals. I always have water going in and coming out. Try to do little snacks even if you're not hungry. That can help stave off binges later. It also helps to plan your dinner in advance.1 -
Keep in mind WHY you started this and why you NEED to keep going. plan ahead. food, what workout you are going to be doing. I workout 1st home as well. I live in Houston and it gets pretty hot here too1
