Hmm, I eat at maintenance or slightly above for 2 days max, and then go back to my deficit days. If I'm not in too much pain and don't need as much, I'll have a treat within my calorie goal.0

I get hungry before my period, but have no appetite during the first couple of days so it works out. Sometimes still get a migraine at that time too so anything that goes in comes right back out.
Kind of blow up beforehand with water too, and get constipated, all of that comes out at the start of the cycle, so I lose weight during the bleeding, but it's not fat.0
