Food Diary

Hello!! I was wondering if some of y'all out there can look at my food diary from whichever days and give me some feedback?? I'm trying to be healthy (sometimes I have bad days) but I feel like I'm over eating which might be hindering my results of not losing weight. If there's something you think I should change or take away or add feel free to tell me because I need some tips!! If you think it looks good then.... Cheers!! I use a food scale 90% of the time.

    I think your diet is pretty dang good.
    The days I saw of fiber were 2 grams, 11, and 14 grams.
    Try to up fiber to at least 21 grams daily. For health. And it can help you feel full. And, it keeps you more regular.
    Weight lost slowly is weight you can lose for life. Give it time.
