Gaining Motivation again---

You Guys know that motivation is the key to weight loss success!! I have been through this so many times before--- Tracking seems to help keep me motivated-- surely it makes me see what I am eating. Walk -- walk-- walk every day -- get the metabolism working again -- This is hard after 50!! I can do this Yeah! :p
