Being honest with myself

I am turning 50 this August and I refuse to welcome my 50's over weight. Being plug-in for 76 days, I have lost 10 lbs. Although astatic about the weight loss I still have 15 - 20 pounds to go. I have found that if I monitor my portions that I am satisfied and feel good.
My April goals are to continue one hour of exercise a day and to eat health foods that I can monitor the fats and sugars. Eat my vegetables by making them taste great.
