What's Your Daily Deficit?

My goal intake per day is: 1,000 calories
My daily deficit is: 990 calories
My daily calorie burn goal is: at least 300

I just want to compare mine with other people's:3

(and for those who say that 1,000 calories is too low, I ran it by with my doctor and she said that due to me being quite short, it would be alright if I cut down to 1,000 if I desire)

Hmmm, maybe get a new doctor? Seriously, you're not doing yourself any favors eating that few of calories.

But anyways-I'm in maintenance and usually eat around 2,000-2,400 calories
I burn a couple hundred calories a day walking and running a couple miles-training for my first 5k and I walk a mile and then run the mile back with no walking, right now.

    My cw is 124lbs/20 bmi.
