I love myself and my body, but i have to admit that I don't feel comfortable in a bikini right now. You know, the belly, thighs... All that staff that usually bothers women. I used to be very active: jogging, bicycleing, hiking a lot. But last few years has been much less active for me. And it shows both on weight and lack of toning. I need to lose at least 15 pounds, and what even more important - get much more toned look!

Hope you gonna make it. It is vary hard to get back in shape. I know it. And I decide to get back in shape . Started 2 days ago and it is hard. But important is that you should trying. Hope we gonna make it.
