Hey back to keep track and help the other half

As the title says I'm back iv used mfp before and I lost over 3 and a half stone my other half was ripped when I met him 3 yrs ago but I love to cool and he has overindulged and gained a lil belly so to help him out and loose a few pounds myself I'm eating the same as him and keeping track on here would love to chat to ppl training for that six pack like me or just loosing some weight like my other half
