Where to start?

Hi all, I'm pretty much new to exercising since I honestly haven't done much of any physical activity since I quick soccer in Jr. High! I've been going strong doing 30 mins to 1 hr on the treadmill about 5 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I can already feel it getting easier, but I feel like I should be mixing it up.

I'm still at the beginning stages, considering my heart rate gets up to 155 just doing 4.0 mph.

I'm tempted to try the "insanity" videos but I honestly don't have a place to do them! My apartment is small and were on the 2nd story so I'm sure my neighbors wouldn't like me stomping around :|

I'm looking for tips! I'm only 5 foot and these pounds I want to lose are not going to go easy XD

I think my biggest issue is i get bored easily... I like the treadmill because I can watch a movie on my ipad or listen to an audio book at the same time.

nerdfitness.com has some good body weight circuits that are ideal for a small apartment type space. As for Insanity, I go out on the complex tennis courts in the morning and do my Insanity there (I also don't want to upset my downstairs neighbors with the stomping from all of the jumping).
