I am new to this just trying to reach my goal but having a hard time staying motivated. I do so good for a couple days then I just bendge and lose all my progress and just feel like giving up .

It sounds like you are changing many things when you start and being so restrictive that you give up.
Try starting slowly. Just log your normal way of eating for a week or two. You can then go back through and see where you can make small changes that will reduce your calorie intake but be easy to handle, such as smaller portions or baked fish rather than fried.0 -

I am on the first steps of my journey too.. I've recently had a baby and have a toddler at home too and most days are a trial. With everything at home now I have to be disciplined and organised. Motivation is fleeting x0
