I've been using MFP for three weeks, and am just now getting around to seeing all the benefits of the app. I'm needing some encouragement, mainly because I have 100+ lbs to lose. My husband is a great support, but more people won't hurt.
Otherwise, I'm a server, so I'm on my feet all day. Working around food is sometimes a hindrance to losing. I simply need to get more creative with what I fix while at work. That's not easy, since I am surrounded by breakfast food.
I'm fairly friendly once I get to know people. I've been known to talk a lot! Feel free to add me!
