The defaults provided by MFP are fine for most people who aren't worried about gaining muscle or sports performance.

Just input your data, set it to a rate of .5 or 1lb/week and follow the provided numbers, you'll be fine.

    I am setting my ratios for 45% / 30% / 25% C P F
For 1350 calories aday...will this help me on the long run? My TDEE is 1750

    Help you with what?

The main and only way for most people to lose bodyfat is to consume less than they burn on a daily basis. For weightloss, it doesn't much matter what you eat, as your body only needs less fuel than it burns.

Health and balanced nutrition is a different story, though... and most find that a balanced diet is far more effective in the long run as opposed to a highly restrictive one.

People can lose weight and maintain health on almost any macro split provided they consume enough calories for health and less than their TDEE.

No particular macro split is more effective for fat loss than any other, science simply hasn't upheld that in long term tests and trials.
