Day 2 - Feels normal already...

Hello everyone - I'm on Day 2 with this app and it already feels normal. I'm about 6 feet tall 200 lbs and looking to drop 20-ish. But my main goal is to feel more nimble, more strong, and clear headed. I've been a human vacuum cleaner for the past 6 months, eating pretty much anything in my path. So tracking my intake is a huge win since I normally don't pay attention. If it weren't for 1 (sometimes 2x) per week training in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu I'd be feeling rough at this point.

So I'm picking up my training to 3-4x per week, tracking my intake and limiting myself to healthy snacks. I'm continuing my habit of a huge breakfast and easing my caloric intake throughout the day. That seems to work well for me.
