I'm back at it, lowest weight I've been was 119 ive gained it all back. So far I've lost 4.8 pounds and I'm so close to my goal but it's hard to eat right! Please, add me if you need someone to help hold you accountable cause I know I need it! Soda is my weakness and I have a hard time working out. Anyone else with this problem?

I went cold turkey with soda and coffee this week my liquid calorie intake was insane. It's been rough but I did start working out. I have been eating something small every two hours to kick my metabolism into high gear which has helped I am down 2.4 lbs since starting Monday1

That's awesome! Caffeine is my biggest weakness, I start my day around 5:30 and don't end it until 11. I've managed to get a workout in everyday but today (I ended up sick as a dog and can't keep anything down). I feel so much better when I work out but it's so grueling to get started.
