Irritable bowel syndrome/colitis

Hey does anybody else here suffer with irritable bowel, colitis or chrons? What foods do you eat? I'm IBS A (alternating between C and D) and I had UC and suffer flare ups every now and again it took years to get my diet sorted and at that it's not even everything seems to be a trigger and I just eat what I want now I'm so fed up of it. I'm just curious about what everyone else eats ☺ Tia ☺
