Hey beautiful people ,

Ive shed 27 pounds and im looking to drop about 20-30 more ! Id like to know what your favourite workout is and what kind of diet has been working for you on your weight loss journey ! I can honestly say my weight loss has been due to eating smaller portions , eating healthy , and regular exercise. Also i used to be very stressed out and i would just binge eat unhealthy junk but , ive turned my life around and im focused on being happy ! Please let me know if there are any tips or tricks you have to further my weight loss !!

    I've lost about 40 and I added intermittent fasting into my routine and noticed that life got a lot easier for me. I fast from 8pm to 12pm, then eat from 12pm to 8pm every day. Basically skipping breakfast allows me more filling meals throughout the day and makes every meal much more rewarding. I also have more focus in the day as well.
