What is a good brand to track the calories you burn through out the day with your steps and activity I heard the polar band Is good!!

    I wear the Charge HR. I like it a lot. The only issues that I have with it is that the battery only last a few days and when I make deliveries in one of my company vehicles it thinks I'm on a bike ride. But I have no problems with any other vehicle. I would reccommend it if it's in your price range, not sure what the deal with the polar is.

    Does it count your calories you burn with everything you do are there certain settings
