Dinner tonight was some veggies and 1 fry egg with tea. o:)

    I was working late and hungry so I substituted a Quaker Chewy granola bar at the office in place of the bread and butter in my plan. Then I got home and the remainder of my dinner is 1/3 cup brown rice, 1/3 cup black beans, each liberally sprinkled with paprika and crushed red pepper. Then 1 serving each of summer vegetables, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower and broccoli. The total in cups for those was 2 3/4. For meat I had thin little pork chop that I'm calling 2.4 oz. The veg and pork were cooked in a skillet over a spray of canola oil. And that's my dinner.
