Hi Sheila I started my journey this week and hopefully I could motivate myself to stay on this journey and actually keep my weight off. I've always been overweight but now it's getting out of control. My goal is 150 pounds0

Are u following a diet or exercise plan? I had a fitness coach measure me and weigh me to set my calorie intake and fats, protein etc, also trying to exercise 4 to 5 days a week. I see the coach in a month the fitness pal really helps me get my food in order .
