Trying to get back on track

Well. This is not my first time around on this site. And I have a lot of things going on in my life that are making keeping up with my fitness and diet harder to do.

Just looking to get back on track with eating healthy and getting rid of some of this extra pudge. As well as connecting my mind and body again through an at-home yoga practice.

Looking for like-minded people to support and to support me on my journey to my best self.
