    My fitness hack is simply to find an activity you enjoy. You're more likely to stick to being active if you look forward to it.

    Coke Zero or similar 0 cal delicious drinks.
    Filling up on vegetables so you're not hungry without spending calories.
    Protein Powder when you're low on protons for the day
