Walking Shoes

Anybody who walks a lot (60+ kilometers / 40+ miles per week) can suggest a good pair of supportive walking shoes?
I have been using running shoes, mainly Saucony, because they are available here, and apart from Karhu, are the only shoes that actually fit without pinching.
I need a decent pair of walking shoes, problem being is that I am 3E, and thus Asics, Nike, et cetera (at least those available here) just do not fit properly, they pinch under the arch, and at the ball.

Went to the doctor yesterday after the DXA scan, and she has found small surface fractures on my shin bone radiating from the original fracture from when I fell down the stairs in October, "this is most probably from when the heel hits the concrete"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Leon
