Ramen Restaurant Nutrition Info

Hey all. I'm looking for your favorite New York/San Fran/large-city ramen places (or Japanese restaurants serving ramen) that post nutrition information. I have a few entries I normally use, but I don't think they're a great match. My local place serves huge bowls of ramen and a few different broth varieties - I want to compare so I can do a better job estimating calories.

One thing I have done in the past when I have no idea where to start is to look up recipes online for something similar to make at home, calculate those calories, and (if I think I need to) adding some extra calories as a buffer. When I Google "restaurant style Ramen," I see some websites that tell how to make ramen at home. This may work for you to begin with an estimate.1
