Hi everyone!! I trying my best to count calories and lose weight!! It is so hard.

    Yes, but then it becomes a habit. One day at a time, set short-term, attainable goals. It snowballs. Put more emphasis on exercise than on diet. Every minute of exercise is a minute away from the kitchen (you know, where the food is!!), and every calorie you burn is one more you can eat guilt free.
