squash calories burned

Quick question:
My fitbit charge HR says that I have burned 450 calories from playing 60 minutes of squash and about 3500 steps. However if I were to simply use an activity calculator on MFP then it says I burned 900 calories in one hour playing at that time. This is a huge difference and I'm unsure what to go by. I am waiting on a replacement battery for my Polar HRM and will start using that but for now not sure which one to use.
Thank you in advance :)
FYI I am 5'3, 165 lbs and female

Always use the lower - and even that might be inflated.

    ^^^ Agreed! ^^^

You would have to run almost 9 miles in an hour for that burn rate.

At least the steps based calculation will reflect your effort level.

Tfw can't run even 7 mph.
